Do you pay for your subscription through iTunes? Please look for your payment method below and read more about how to proceed with your cancelation. If you are a Viaplay direct customer, you make changes or cancel your package through the menu Manage subscription (Stjórna pakka)

 

Cancel subscription
You can easily manage your Viaplay subscription by logging into viaplay.is. To cancel your package, go to My Account (Reikningurinn minn)> Manage subscription (Stjórna pakka). You can access the menu “Manage subscriptions” if you click on the black button above or go to viaplay.is and click on your name in the upper right corner.

Under Manage subscriptions (Stjórna pakka) you will see all our different packages and a cancellation button on the subscription you currently have active and is subscribing to. To unsubscribe, click Cancel the subscription (Segja upp áskrift) and complete the following process. 

Once the cancelation is complete, you will receive a confirmation to your email address. If you haven’t received anything, please check your spam folder. 

Don’t forget that if you cancel your package ahead of your next billing period, you’ll still be able to continue using your subscription until your next renewal date, after that the account automatically closes by itself. So don’t hesitate to keep watching as much as you possibly can!

Cancel subscription
To cancel your current iTunes subscription through your iPhone/iPad, you do the following:

  • Go to Settings on your tablet/mobile device and click on your Apple ID/name (at the top) > iTunes & App Store
  • Click „Apple ID: example@mail.com“, View Apple ID and log in.
  • Under Subscriptions, you can manage your subscriptions through iTunes and terminate your package. After completing the cancelation of your Viaplay package, you’ll be able to continue using Viaplay until your paid period is over.
